Join us! You are welcome
We rely on groups, volunteers, donors, students, and partners in order to sustain the plethora of engaging activities, meals, gatherings and opportunities that we weekly host! Whether you are a seminary student looking for a church to intern with, a church who is interested in partnering with our ministry, or an individual looking to get more involved in your community–we need you! However, what is most important to us is building mutual relationships and healthy community. Our community has a lot to give, let’s work for the Kingdom together. Fill out the volunteer form below, or contact jeremy@mercyatl.org if you have specific questions.
Partnerships
We partner with a variety of churches, groups, and non-profits for the health, well-being, and benefit of our thriving community! We cannot do what we do alone, but together we can do a lot. From sandwich makers and soup preparers to the Harriet Tubman Free Foot Clinic, the work of our community depends upon partnership! Want to work with us? Let us know your idea for a partnership!
Student Opportunities
Are you a seminary student interested in serving with a church while in school or need to complete a church internship? As an internship, site we offer hands-on ministry experience in a unique and upbuilding context with a variety of opportunities for leadership, worship planning, pastoral care experience, supervisory, and theological formation. For more information, please visit us or reach out to our pastoral team.
Relation-Trips
Got a youth or student group and want to spend a week with us here at Mercy? We would love to have you come be a part of our Beloved Community. So come on and join us on a Relation-Trip! You might be wondering what a Relation-Trip even is? Well here at Mercy, as with most things Gospel, first and foremost we are about relationships. Everything we do is in reference to relationship with one another. We serve breakfast because people need a meal, we have a clothing closet because folks need clothes, we have prayer and worship because people crave spiritual food. We are community that works hard together to provide for and lift one another up so that we can all live in God’s Kingdom and we want you to come be a part of it! For more information on a Relation-Trip fill out the form below or contact Jeremy at jeremy@mercyatl.org
Groups & Volunteers
We love hosting groups and volunteers! Whether your Youth Group wants to come fellowship with us for the day or members of your congregation want to share a meal with us for Sunday worship, or you are just looking to get involved in something meaningful–you are welcome! We love getting to know new people and always welcome opportunities to be together. But, we are a community-led congregation, so what is more important than bringing anything or doing anything for us is spending time being with us and getting to know us for the beloved human beings that we are!
