Mercy Community Church is committed to partnering with all our neighbors. Our kitchen and wider church space are organized and run by our friends from the streets. We partner with a number of other churches, social service agencies, and non-profit organizations in the area to provide for the needs of our friends.  Please check out and support their work!

These amazing friends’ “trash to treasure” philosophy allows Atlanta vendors to donate their excess food and other essential items.  We make delicious soup every day due to their food donations.

Harriet Tubman Foot Clinic
The Harriet Tubman Foot Care Clinic offers free holistic foot care to our friends on the street. We care for those who walk long miles, are vulnerable to the elements, and frequently have to poorly fitting shoes. Our clinic is volunteer-run, collaborative care clinic, blending conventional and herbal therapies.

If you are looking for an incredible way to start your week, look no further!  The Harriet Tubman Foot Clinic Crew welcomes you to volunteer at our Monday afternoon clinic.  Clinic set-up begins at 12:30 and we often finish cleaning up by 4:30.

No previous experience is necessary to work at the foot care clinic, but we do appreciate loving attitudes, good senses of humor, and hard workers!

Please send a note to Lorna, the clinic coordinator, at if you are interested in learning more about volunteering with us!
